After graduation, one may enroll with the Bar Council of India and start working as an Advocate, taking cases and representing people at courts, charging those fees for your service. The common entry to Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [BA LLB] goes through entrance exam. The entrance tests for this purpose are CLAT, ISAT, and AILET. After entrance, some institutes also conduct personal interviews for final selection. There are a few institutes like C. Bhimasen Rao National College of Law, Karnataka which offer direct admission in this course on the basis of merit list.

You have no chances of getting NLSIU as the rank for the college opens at the top when it comes to category rank as well you need to have a rank somewhere in top 20 among your peers in your category.
Also the general rank opens for the college for top 70 .
