Admission depends more upon the no. of students who apply for the course. So, college will send mail to the first 200 student who got rank under 200. Then they send the mail to other candidates after they get the response from the first 200 candidates. suppose if from the first 200 rank holders only 100 people applied, then college will target the next batch of rank holders and so on.
