Candidates, to be eligible for BArch programme must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognised board. Candidates who have passed Diploma with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50 per cent aggregate from Technical Board of Gujarat or any other state are also eligible to apply.

Candidates interested in taking admission to the NIT Patna BArch course must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 60% with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects. Apart from fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirement, it is also mandatory to submit a valid JEE Main paper 2 score for the National Institute of Technology Patna BArch admission.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 with PCM or Class 10 with three year Diploma with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BArch course offered by SMAID. Aspirants who have passed NIOS with Physics and Mathematics (Foundation certificate courses, conducted at the Institute level) can also apply. Besides, the institute considers NATA score for admission to BArch.

The eligibility criteria for the BArch course at Shivaji University is that candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate. The duration of the course is for five years. The entrance exams accepted include NATA/ JEE Main (Paper 2)/ MHT CET. Moreover, the fees for Shivaji University BArch course range between INR 2.25 Lacs - INR 6.05 lakh. Further, for admission to these courses, candidates need to apply online by visiting the official website.

For admissions into the preferred BArch institutes, the candidates should meet the basic eligibility criteria. If the candidates do not meet the basic eligibiity criteria for BArch admissions based on NATA scores, then their chances of admission will be minimal. 

  • The candidates should have passed 10+2th standard qualifying examination with minimum required marks.
  • Should be minimum 17 years old as of July 13 of the admission year.
  • The candidates should have secured a valid NATA 2023 score i.e., minimum 70 marks out of 200.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission to Architecture course with 87 in NATA and 74.2% in 12th (hopefully PCM average is above 50%).

Candidates who want BArch admissions at CMR University have to clear entrance exams such as NATA, JEE Mains. Moreover, candidates also need to clear the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for BArch admissions is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
