BArch admission process at Rachana Sansad aligns with the NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 schedules. The application form for admission, based on DTE Maharashtra norms, usually opens in the spring, tentatively starting from late February or early March. Candidates must monitor the official DTE Maharashtra website for the exact release date of the online application form and keep their entrance test scores (NATA or JEE Main) ready.

No, the Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture B.Arch admissions can only be completed in online mode. The is because the registrations for the NATA exam which is mandatory for B.Arch admissions is completed in online mode. The remaining process might be open to offline mode completion. However, there is no mention of such on the institute's website.

Through JoSAA, in the year 2025, SPA Vijayawada has provided requirements to the candidates for admission to the B.Arch program, such as 10th and 12th marks sheets, JEE Main Paper 2 or NATA scorecard, school living/ transfer certificate, category certification (for OBC/SC/ST), income certificate (in case of EWS or scholarships), domicile certificate (if required), along with two passport-sized photographs. A valid ID proof (Aadhaar) is also to be included.

Upload scanned copies (PDF/JPEG, <2MB) on JoSAA portal during registration period (say Jun-July 2025; fee: INR 350). It is then visited by hopefuls at the reporting centers for the physical verification process after a seat has been allotted. Aspirants opting NATA aren't done with SPA application ; they might need to submit extra document through SPA portal.
