The minimum eligibility for applying admission in B.Arch in BMS is that Candidate must be 10+2 passed with aggregate marks of 50% in physics mathematics and chemistry. Must be JEE Mains qualified conducted by NTA national testing agency every year.
Through COMED-K candidates must appear for NATA National aptitude test in architecture by council of architecture.

SB Patil College of Architecture and Design accepts online application of the students who have participated in CAP counselling. Candidates who are interested in pursuing BArch programme at the college must appear for entrance test and with a valid score must participate in counselling.
