NATA is just a qualifying exam. Candidates have to fill the application form or go through the admission process of each college individually. There are about 385 institutions, which offers admission on the basis of NATA Score.
But if you take into consideration for example Chandigarh College of Architecture, it offers admission on the basis of JAC Chandigarh. Click here for JAC Chandigarh JAC Chandigarh 2015
Another Example about the same is Sir JJ College of Architecture, it offers admission through CAP Counselling. Click here for Sir JJ college of Architecture Sir JJ College of Architecture Admissions 2015

Hi Divya,
Hypothesis
In life, we can't guarantee anything. People clearing IIT JEE might fail later in Engineering, while person failing in JEE might be able to do better in career.
Experiment
Aptitude test or NATA is for qualifying architectural course. On average, scoring better in it would means you would enjoy the course. But it is not a guarantee that you would be as successful as you were in NATA scoring. You can't compare 5 years program with a 2-3 hour exam. Obviously, you need patience and consistency for doing good in architecture.
And even if you do good in course, does not guarantee that you would be similarly successful in car

Dear Shikha,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute.
You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
Click on thumbs up or mark it as best, if you found this info useful.
Wish You Luck!

Shruti, Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Game Design and Animation.
