Yes, you can pursue B.Arch course after Diploma in Civil Engineering, as the eligibility for B.Arch is passed 10+2 in any stream with Maths and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 3 years Diploma in any engineering stream with minimum 50% marks and for some institute only qualified in Architecture Aptitude Test (NATA/AIEEE/SET).

After your B.Arch you can opt for Masters in Architecture or a specialized master degree such as Master in Landscape Architecture/City or Regional Planning and so on.
Before applying to a programme abroad please check the accreditation status of the programme so that your degree has value globally. The largest accrediting board for architectural programmes globally is NAAB ( The National Architectural Accrediting Board, USA ) . Without accreditation the degree will not be recognized. In Canada, Master of Architecture degrees may be accredited by the Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB). Similarly in UK, the RIBA

Chance are not that bright to get B.Arch in any NIT with a 22000 rank in the JEE Mains Paper-2. but you can give it a try. Although you can try for other subsequent colleges.

B. Arch is more about technical course. It is the related to designing and constructing buildings and other physical structures.
Project management is much inclined towards the management aspects. Although Project management is not a rocket science, yet it often gets dressed up that way. In reality, project management is just a set of tools- a roadmap if you will, that enables managers to guide a project from point A to point B and do so in a way that demonstrates efficiency, cost-savings and plain 'ol ingenuity.

B Arch is a technical course where as B Des does not take care engineering aspects in design. B Arch take care of with the optimum usage of resources where as B Des does not looks in to those aspects.

Yes! Of course. Apart form designing Architecture field is all about dealing with vendors and estimating the cost for the project. MBA in finance will help you to understating the costing and estimation of the project .

Yes you can if u want to make career in same, AMET is one such college. Frankly speaking, Such a programme is useful only if you want to join Naval Forces as Private Shipping Industry in India is still not very big and it has long way to go.
