CSE and ISE branch are almost same, you can go with ISE in these colleges:
1. BMSIT
2. BIT
3. NIE, MYSORE.

1. NIE, Mysore
2. SIT, Tumkur
3. BIT, Bangalore (in 2nd or extended round)

You can get admission for BE in fire and other related courses. JEE Mains is one of the ways to land up in a good college. Even if you haven't given the exam, it is no big deal. You can apply for the colleges with your board exam scores.

The minimum eligibility criteria for BTech programs at DEI are:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate from DEI or any recognized Board of Secondary Education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) stream, with at least 60% normalized marks or normalized CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 in Mathematics.
All the applicants also need to appear in the JEE (Mains) conducted by NTA. Their obtained score in JEE (Mains) would be part-utilized in the computation of merit.
