Hi,
General category students need 60% marks. Otherwise, you can't give IPMAT. For SC/ST/OBC, the required percentage is 55%.

Hi,
If are in general category then you cannot give IPMAT but if you belong to SC/ST/OBC then you require 55% only to give IPMAT.

According to me, France will be a better option because of the quality of knowledge, teaching methods and various other education related benefits.
