Hello Vaibhav,
Presently, there is no need for you to worry. This is because the Mumbai bench of the Mumbai High Court has got the assurance from Government of Maharashtra that they will not implement this policy till the 6th of February when the court will be hearing the case for its final disposition. If Mumbai High Court permits reservation then obviously you will be the affected party but on the other hand if Mumbai High Court accepts the petitions and does not allow the reservation then the status quo Ante will be restored. Best wishes to you.

Hi Nikhil,
Well, they are exactly same but there is a little difference:
B.E is all about knowledge and B.Tech is all about skills. BE curriculum consist of 80% theory and 20% practical whereas B.Tech curriculum have 60% theory and 40% practical. A course in Bachelor of Engineering deals more at the engineering aspects of Science while a course in Bachelor of Technology deals with the technology aspects. B.Tech is all about gaining practical knowledge and skills whereas BE focused more on research during academic which is helpful for higher studies. But both of them are similar having equal scope and future in terms of course curriculum

Hello Harsha,
Firstly, heartiest congratulations for getting such fantastic percentile. With more than 99 percentile, I feel your rank should be within top 50. However, the rank will be announced only after second set of exams are also held in April. Those who have appeared for second time, best of two percentiles would be admissible. Perhaps it is for this reason that rank has not been announced now. Wait till April. Best wishes to you.

First of all, choose any college or University. See it's requirements for admission like IELTS. Experience documents. Then, apply for the admission and when you get offer letter then apply for the visa in embassy.
