A minimum of 75% or 20 percentile in your state board (for General and OBC) and a minimum of 65% or 20 percentile in your state board (for SC/ST) is required for the B.Tech programme at BIT.

You have to appear in B.Ed first because B.Ed is the minimum qualification for M.Ed.

For taking admission in B.Tech, you need to pass your 10+2 with PCM.

Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the .
