As per the norms of GLA University, if you want to opt B.Tech CS with specialisation then you need to pass 10+2 examination with physics and maths as compulsory subjects along with chemistry or computer Science. With at least 60% marks in above and 50% overall. So according to this, if you have scored 57% marks in PCM, then you are not eligible for this course. But if you have scored 60% marks overall in physics and maths along with computer science then you are eligible for this course.

No they will be requiring domicile but you won't be having the domicile of home state Uttarakhand.

You can apply for IES exam. You are eligible for this.

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get in any kind of government college because until now no college has taken students with more than 3000 rank. I don't know about Haryana government colleges closing limit, but if you want then you can apply there.

Of course, CSE graduate can get a good government job with high salary package.
