The eligibility criteria for B.E/B.Tech at Indira Gandhi engineering College (IGEC) are :
The candidate (student) must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board with the minimum percentage of 45% (gen) or 40% (ST/SC/OBC) with the compulsory subject physics and maths.
The candidate must have appeared in JEE main.

To be eligible for the B.Tech programme at JMS Group of Institutions, Hapur, candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and one of the following as an optional subject: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational Subject. They must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in these subjects, without any grace marks, from a recognised board or university .

As per the official sources, students who have passed the Class 12 examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board. Yes, you can potentially get into Presidency University-Bangalore even with lower 2nd PUC marks, if you perform well in KCET, as KCET scores are a significant factor in the admission process, especially for engineering programs.
