Dear Abhishek,
To the best of my knowledge and research, ISRO does not offer a B.Tech course, instead you need to apply for IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology) which offers a B.Tech program keeping in mind the ISRO requirements.

The syllabus for each course consists of basic sciences, mathematics, humanities, basic engineering, core engineering subjects, stream electives and institute electives. The curricula for

Dear Nikhil,
Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
However as you have asked, I would like to say that there are few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile/ Mechanical in Germany.
Mannheim University of Applied Sciences:
Bachelor of Science degree in Automation Technology (BSc)
Karlsruhe Institute of Technol
