Once you complete registration formalities (by clicking "New Registration) thereafter you will be required to transfer entrance examination fee (Rs. 500) either through online transfer by Debit/Credit Card or by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 500, in favour of "GLA University", payable at Vrindavan or Mathura. After receipt of payment, your registration will be approved by us and thereafter you will be able to select a time and date slot for entrance examination. To the best of my knowledge and research, ISRO does not offer a B.Tech course, instead you need to apply for IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology) which offers a B.Tech program keeping in mind the ISRO requirements.
The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Trivandrum offers three under graduate programmes leading to 4-year B.Tech. degree in (a) Avionics, (b) Aerospace Engineering, and (c) Physical sciences. The syllabus for each course consists of basic sciences, mathematics, humanities, basic engineering, core engineering subjects, stream electives and institute electives. The curricula for the above programme are being totally restructured suiting the requirement of Indian Space Programme while keeping the general requirement of science and engineering in tact with more focus on space science and technology.

Eligibility:
Citizenship
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for admission in IIST.
Date of Birth
Candidates belonging to General category (GEN) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories must have been born on or after October 1, 1989. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PD) categories must have born on or after October 1, 1984.
The date of birth as recorded in the high school/first Board /or its equivalent will be accepted. If the certificate does not mention the date of birth, candidate must submit an authenticated document from competent authority indicating the date of birth at the time of Counselling.
Qualifying Examination (10+2 or Equivalent)
Candidates seeking admission to IIST should have passed their Qualifying Examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of the curriculum Candidates belonging to GEN and OBC categories must secure an aggregate of at least 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in the qualifying examination and those belonging to SC/ST/PD should have an aggregate of at least 60% marks in PCM subjects in the qualifying examination.

Thanks @ aneeket, hi anjali, welcome to https://shiksha.com, as mr.msk told above the details are very accurate but remember, UK,CANADA,AUSTRALIA visas are not too tough and the process is drop down but US having an interview and selection so you need a strong in academics and entrance exams, and for funding and other details better approch to a concultency on this they can help you and guide you with before deadlines, and remember this is not a single day process you better start about bank balance reports if not loan, copy of your transcripts, passport, photos, letters from your college and all above need a strong desire to which country you going, for undergraduation, there are no specialised countries for studies its upon you, and for now US and UK have deleted a work option after your studies so most students are rush to AUSTRLIA, CANADA, so think about it please go to concultency and reply us back all the best

Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
However as you have asked, I would like to say that there are few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile/ Mechanical in Germany.

* Eligibility Criteria for Lateral B.Tech :
You need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
