Hello, getting scholarships for studying abroad is a very interesting issue. There are multiple factors in play. Need of the host universities to have students on their roll so that they remain in business. Unlike in India, majority of institutions are self financing. But they get finance from various activities they do from industry. For this they need students. But to get this student needs to be intelligent, academically sound amongst many parameters. Clearing exams with good score helps a lot. Many students apply to different universities and seek scholarships. Many do offer from 100% to 25% to nil. It all depends on your caliber.

Hi. Yes, you can do B.Sc. In computer Science with PCB in 12th. Maths in 11th and 12th is commandeered, for B.Sc. In Computer Science. However, it depends on the decision of the institution and may differ from college to college. It's always better to opt for Computer Science if you have PCM in 12th.

1: Effectively build and communicate the solutions using learnings from basic mechanical engineering, basic sciences, mathematics, and computational skills and tools.
2: Ability to design using Design of Machine Elements theories and to create prototypes using releva
