Hi, The minimum eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme is 60 percentages but still, there are relaxations based on which you can SEE if you are eligible. The relaxation is as follows:-
5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants. In case you don't fall in this category then you can proceed with admission in the Diploma programme and after completing your Diploma you can proceed with the lateral entry programme. MBBS COURSE IS best option.

You didn't mentioned state you are from. If you are from Tamil Nadu maybe you have a chance to get in stream 1 . Otherwise it's very difficult to get CSE . But try until last round of counselling. It's all based on how many students applied and how many attended.

You can easily get your seat in bio tech under Tamilnadu quota. If you don't get in 1st counselling try for next round of counselling. Definitely you will get your required branch.

The last date for applying for B.Tech at Thapar Institute is 31 July 2020. Fees structure for BE and B.Tech is 3.25 Lacs for 1st year and eligibility 10+2 with 70% for both.
