Yes, for BTech admissions at DJ Sanghvi, cancellation after the prescribed cutoff date (mid-September, based on past schedules) will make the candidate ineligible for any fee refund except security and caution deposits.

All three colleges are well-renowned. When it comes to comparison, there are a lot of differences, like in fees, campus culture, placements, etc. The term better is subjective. It is based on your criteria. So I would like to give a brief about all three, and you can have a clear picture.
BITS:- It is considered the top choice for many. They have a strong curriculum, flexible electives, and a lot of freedom. Their placements are good, especially in Pilani.
