St. Joseph's University Bangalore does not offer direct admission in BSc courses. The selection is based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates. Selected aspirants also need to pass a personal interview round conducted by the university for admission.

The GIBS Business School takes admissions for PGDM/MBA based on scores of various entrance examinations at national and state level. The names of exams included are CAT MAT XAT CMAT ATMA GMAT and State CET (if applicable). The selection of candidates is made based on their exam scores obtained through entrance examination, their academic performance SOP as well as personal interview.
