BITSAT is quite tough. To clear this exam, you should be good at calculations. As you will be given only a fixed amount of time for each question and you have to do it within that.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for BITSAT 2016. There are a total of 2 attempts for BITSAT as you have already given in 2015, you can again give it in 2016.
Try to score more than 300 to get a seat at any of the campuses of BITs.

First of all, get good books of all the subjects. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack BITSAT. Solve various question papers every now and then. In case of any difficulty, ask your doubts, it is necessary to have your doubts cleared. Once you master a topic, solve as many tough questions as you can.
