Brown Uni USA does not have a separate deadline to apply for scholarships. Indian students can apply for financial aid at the same time as they apply for admission (Nov 1 - Early Decision & Feb 1 - Regular Decision).

However, for external scholarships in USA, the deadlines are different for each financial aid.

Yes, Indian students can pay their Brown Uni fees in installments. Students can enroll in Brown's Installment Payment Plan (IPP) to pay one semester's fees in monthly installments (without any interest).

The fee will be deducted in 4 to 5 installments, once every month. To enroll for the plan, students will have to pay a non-refundable fee of USD 75 (INR 6.9 K) per semester.

No, for most of Brown University courses, there are fixed deadlines (for ED, it's Nov 1 each year) at Brown rather than a rolling model

Although some master's programs use a mix of priority deadlines and rolling admissions

Early applications are encouraged for international students.

For the vast majority of Brown University courses, there is only the Fall Intake available at this university.

The Fall intake here can be the main one but some selected professional or the specialised courses may have a Spring intake but it is quite limited

Application fee is about USD 80 so you will need to pay around INR 7.2K  to apply to Brown University. This will be non refundable application fee.

This can be paid with credit card or by sending a check to the Office of College Admission. A request to waive the fee can also be made
