1) The Candidate should be an Indian National

CSJM University offers a four-year BTech degree programme spread across eight semesters. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board/ organisation with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to apply for CSJMU BTech programme. The fulfilment of eligibility criteria is necessary for application form acceptance. However, the seat allotment is based on the selection criteria. FS University offers a BTech programme through its School of Engineering. The candidates can choose from offered specialisations i.e., Computer Science, Civil, Electrical, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates, who have passed class 12th with a minimum score of 45% with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, are eligible for the programme. PES University offers a four-year UG degree course in BTech across six specialisations. Apart from the BTech course, the university also offers BTech Diploma Lateral Entry in four specialisations. Below is detailed eligibility for PES University BTech and BTech (LE) courses:
- Candidates need to complete Class 12 or equivalent in Physics, Maths and Chemistry with at least 50% aggregate to apply for PES University BTech.
- Aspirants need to pass Class 10 with three-year Diploma examination with at least 50% aggregate in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology to apply for BTech (LE).

To apply for admission to BTech at EPGI, it's mandatory to pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics, and English along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology / Biology / Computer / Electronics subjects as per the basic eligibility for BE/ BTech at East Point Group of Institutions. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and Category-1 (Karnataka only) need a minimum of 40% aggregate to be eligible for the course. The final selection is done based on a valid score of either KCET or JEE Main entrance exams.

Ahmedabad University BTech course admission is completely entrance-based. Students can apply via valid scores of either JEE Main or GUJCET. Those who pass Class 12 with PCM as the main subject are eligible to apply for the course. Students belonging to Gujarat state can apply in both ways either through All Indian Rank of JEE or through norms of ACPC.
