The clear answer to this question is no. An online BTech degree is considered invalid in India after the strict guidelines of AICTE and UGC because they give a lot of value to practical training and classroom learning, which is not possible in the online mode of learning. If we talk about the core Engineering specializations like Civil Engineering, CSE, Mechanical Engg. and Electrical Engineering, all of these require hands-on practical training to be able to gain the right set of skills needed for the workforce in the job market.

BTech is one of the top courses of Jamia Hamdard University. NIRF ranked Jamia Hamdard at 79 under 'Overall' Category and 49 under 'University' Category. After completing the degree from Jamia Hamdard, BTech students can participate in the on-campus placement drive. Jamia Hamdard placement report 2023 is not released. However, according to Jamia Hamdard course-wise NIRF reports 2023, the median package offered during Jamia Hamdard BTech placements 2022 stood at INR 4.25 LPA. A rise of over 21% was witnessed in the BTech median package offered in 2022 as compared with 2021. 

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.E. / B.Tech from Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is INR 997,000. While, the Median package offered by Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology after completion of B.E. / B.Tech is INR 825,000. Basis these stats, Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is better option compared to Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology on the Median salary parameter.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.E. / B.Tech from Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is INR 997,000. While, the Median package offered by Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology after completion of B.E. / B.Tech is INR 650,000. JAC Delhi Counselling 2024 schedule is yet to be released by the Joint Admission Committee (JAC). It has been anticipated that JAC Delhi Counselling 2024  Online Registration and Choice Filling should commence in May 2024 and go upto till June 2024. To be conducted in five-six rounds like last year, Round 1 should release in June 2024, while Rounds 2, 3, 4 and 5 in July 2024. JNU BTech admission is based on Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. After meeting the cut off requirement, students need to participate in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. JNU releases specific cutoff ranks for each engineering branch.

With 70% in the class 12th you are eligible to get into Cluster Innovation Centre as the minimum percentage required is above 60% in any of the four subjects (including mathematics). The total fee for BTech range from INR 4.5 lakh -INR 36 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee.  Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG score. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. Candidates are first required to register with an application fee for LPUNEST. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.
