The selection process for the BTech course at NIT Delhi depends on the scores achieved by applicants in JEE Mains scores followed by JoSAA counselling. Initially, the minimum eligibility criteria required by the institute is candidate' must qualify for their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 75%. The institute does not specify the minimum score required to get admission to UG engineering courses, the required score can vary each year depending on competition, seat availability, and the category of the candidate. For Computer Science and Engineering, the last year's i.e., 2024 JEE Mains ranks on which the admission closed was 8018. The clear answer to this question is no. An online BTech degree is considered invalid in India after the strict guidelines of AICTE and UGC because they give a lot of value to practical training and classroom learning, which is not possible in the online mode of learning. If we talk about the core Engineering specializations like Civil Engineering, CSE, Mechanical Engg. and Electrical Engineering, all of these require hands-on practical training to be able to gain the right set of skills needed for the workforce in the job market.

So, it is better to go for a regular offline BTech degree if you want to have a successful career in the field of engineering and technology.

Jamia Hamdard has not released the accepted JEE Main cutoff for BTech admission. However, aspirants need to fulfil the eligibiltiy and selection requirements for admission to BTech course. Jamia Hamdard accepts JEE Main for BTech admission. Candidates need to pass Class 12 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry, Electronics from CBSE or any other Board with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate to apply for BTech course.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.E. / B.Tech from Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is INR 997,000. While, the Median package offered by Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology after completion of B.E. / B.Tech is INR 825,000. Basis these stats, Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is better option compared to Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology on the Median salary parameter.

It has been anticipated that JAC Delhi Counselling 2024  Online Registration and Choice Filling should commence in May 2024 and go upto till June 2024. With 70% in the class 12th you are eligible to get into Cluster Innovation Centre as the minimum percentage required is above 60% in any of the four subjects (including mathematics). However, it is not the only criterion to get a seat, you have to write an entrance test conducted by the university, they will give seats based on the merit list released a few days after the conduction of exam.

The total fee for BTech range from INR 4.5 lakh -INR 36 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee.  Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG score. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. Candidates are first required to register with an application fee for LPUNEST. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.
