MPSTME Shirpur does not reserve any seats for ST/SC students in its BTech programs. NMIMS is a private deemed-to-be-university. Its admission process for BTech programs is not governed by the standard reservation policy that is followed in government universities.

BTech Seats at IIIT Dharwad are divided into categories including OPEN, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, and ST. Each category also has sub-allocations for PwD candidates as per government norms.
