The score requirements vary from college to college but you should always aim for a first-class position. 70% and above is ideal. Below 50% is not accepted.

Three-year degrees are not easily accepted by Canadian universities. They may require an additional evaluation. But, on the basis your B.Sc, you can apply for PG Diploma programs from colleges like Humber, Seneca, etc., mainly the SPP colleges.

You need patience, some universities take more than 2 months. It depends on a number of factors like the number of applicants and also when you applied. If you applied somewhere near the final deadlines it is going to take some time. You will hear from them whatever their decision is. If at all you are so inquisitive you can drop them an email.

Yes, in many cases you can. Many colleges can accept you but with more strict evaluation because you are from open schooling. But, not every college will accept your application. It is therefore advisable that you check with them directly. Chances of admission in Germany are very less so will recommend you to check colleges in US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc. You can drop the admission offices an email and they will let you know if NIOS will be accepted and if additional verification will be required for admission.

If you are planning for Canada here are some important things to remember, universities require -
1. Four years Bachelor's degree
2. First class, above 70%
3. GRE depends on the university
4. IELTS or TOEFL
These are the requirements and differs from university to university. As an M.Sc applicant, you must be somewhat active and start checking university websites for an informed decision. You must also learn about the intakes and deadlines, fees, scholarship options etc. Apply on time, atleast 6-8 months before the intake starts.
