Most likely you want to study PG or M.Sc in Dentistry. Admissions are highly competitive and requirements vary with universities. As an international student, you must take the IELTS and meet the English language requirements. But, it is best you check university websites for the online admission process. Additional documents like statement of purpose, recommendation letters, academic transcripts etc must be submitted. You can check major university websites like McGill, Dalhousie etc. Also, see this:

Hi Mohamad,
You should be looking for courses best suited to your career interests and passion. Every individual has different aptitude. A course which may be good for me for example engineering may not be relevant to you. The answer will entirely depend on what kind of job you want to do in Canada. No course comes with a job guarantee so you have to know your own interests, choose a course accordingly and look for a job.

Yes, possible. Scholarships are given on a merit basis system, you will be considered for scholarship as and when you apply. 85% is a very good score. You must also take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. Check university websites for additional requirements, deadlines etc and apply early. The sooner you apply the better is the chance for receiving scholarship.

You may apply. SPP colleges would suit your academics but admissions would be competitive. You must also take IELTS. You can check colleges like Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, Fanshawe, Durham, Langara, etc.

The best universities include University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, McGill University, Ryerson University, Simon Fraser University and so on. Your son must check the university websites and go through the admission requirements carefully . GRE may not be required for all. Gaining admissions into a MS program in Canada is highly competitive. His SOP, LORs, project work etc will be very crucial during this time.
