Hi, some of the cheapest colleges and universities in Canada are Memorial University of New Foundland, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Thompson Rivers University, Mount Royal University, University of Winnipeg, and Athabasca University to name some. You have to check on their website to find your desired programme and majors. But, also remember that fees for international students may not be as same or as low. Go through the university websites carefully and email them if needed for clarity.

Hi Noida, PG Diplomas are usually offered by colleges, popular colleges include Humber, College, Seneca College, Durham College, George Brown College and so on. You can apply with 61% but also take the IELTS since you are an international applicant. See that you apply for a relevant programme and not something abstract.

Hi Harisha, applicants must complete their Bachelor's degree in dentistry holding a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale typically. The specific requirements differ from university to university. In addition, you must also take the IELTS or TOEFL, if your mother tongue is not English. These courses are highly competitive, some are research based and may require availability of research activities in the discipline. Since these are very competitive programs and on-demand you should apply early, some programs may require completion of additional pre-requisite courses and acceptance by the research faculty members. Hi Darshan, PTE score requirements depends on the college you want to apply into. Please check college websites. Your admission will also depend on your Diploma percentage. Universities in Canada are quite strict. If you don't have more than 65% admissions will be difficult.

Hi,
You just have to start researching and learning about university admission requirements. 20 attempts and 8 backlogs is a big number, considering your final CGPA is also not very high admissions in top rated universities will be a challenge. You can search for programmes in UK, Poland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Australia, Malaysia, etc. Expand your search and explore. For any doubts never hesitate to email the universities. Work on your personal statement, a very good SOP can work wonders. Recommendation letters are also a huge impact factor. IELTS or TOEFL score, GRE also matters. Keep searching.
