Going after 12th will let you explore more courses and ideas but also this decision will depend on your budget, academic profile, etc. Calculate all the factors, speak to your family and decide.

fter completing your PG Diploma in Canada, you can apply for a work permit, all international students can. Regarding the college you have to check your own profile, your percentile, IELTS scores, etc and see which college is the best fit for you. Some decent options could be Douglas College, Centennial College, etc. You have to check many other colleges too since you may not find the exact degree terminology.

Typically MBA programs in Canada require 4-year Bachelors degree and work experience of 2-3 years. You can check for PG Diploma programs basis your qualification. However, check Thompson RIvers University and Vancouver Island University, they might be exceptions.

You can check colleges under SPP like Fleming, Fanshawe, Humber, George Brown, etc. for your Diploma program. The value has different perspectives and differ from people to people especially in India. If you are going abroad to study it is better you study a regular course because you are investing your money.

2. Interact with agencies which provide support for overseas education admissions & find more details.
Once you have the list of colleges, check on the college/course ranking & interact with their alumini group to find what suits the best.
Check on the fees structure, part-time work options, weather conditions, infrastructure, international student ratio & decide on the course.

That is a huge number and also what he wants to study is not relevant to his prior education background. So my advice would be to check other country options, Australia could be a better destination however 20 backlogs are too much. He has to really work on his overall application package.
