This is something you will know best. Firstly you have to check the subjects of your interest and also when you put a query please use full forms. What do you mean by NM? I assume its non-medical, if yes, there can be many subjects in non-medical. Figure out the subjects of your interest, remember when you apply to Canada your desired program must be relevant to your prior education. Check the college specific entry requirements and apply accordingly.

There are thousands of colleges and universities in Canada, each having their own set of requirements and deadlines and class intakes. Once you apply for the college and they give you a seat you must apply for the visa few months before the class starts. So as a general practice you must start the process at least one year before the intakes. Generally in Canadian colleges classes start from Aug or Sept and admission starts one year before. So if you apply now you can start the classes from next year but only if the college or the university has a deadline in the upcoming months.

Your education background must be relevant, this is the first and foremost requirement. If you have done a MS in Chemistry then see that the PG Diploma you want to pursue is relevant. Next, is the academics, you must have very good academic grades. Also you must take the IELTS. Different universities have different requirements so you must keep checking the websites before applying.

Majority of the universities in Canada do not accept three years degree so you have to check their website and if required opt for a WES evaluation, but first you have to check the university specific requirements. Your grades are good. Even your IELTS band is good. Check in countries accepting three year degree like Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.

Yes, you can but you have to check with the universities before applying. Advanced Diploma, Post-Secondary Diplomas can be done, you may also be eligible for Bachelor's degree. You have to take your IELTS too.

Different universities and programs have different requirements, your CGPA is good. You have to check the IELTS requirements because for MS programs universities in Canada generally ask for 6.5 with no section less than 6. If the university likes your profile they can offer you an ESL or foundation course in English. It all depends on the university, so check websites and email them.

Hi Akshay,
For MBA outside India you must have work experience, without work experience you must either be academically very strong or you will get tier 3 colleges, so you have to make a choice. See here for options and make a decision, or opt for PGDM or MS Management, otherwise gain some experience and later apply for MBA.
