Hi.

Yes — based on your B.Sc Nursing with 70.70%, you can potentially apply for the Master of Nursing (M.N.) programme (sometimes referred to as M.Sc Nursing or Master of Nursing Course‑based) at University of Regina (Canada), but there are some important conditions and requirements to consider:

 Minimum Academic Requirement

The University of Regina generally requires a graduating average of at least 70% from a four‑year bachelor's degree or equivalent for admission to most master's programs, including nursing.

Your 70.70% B.Sc Nursing meets this minimum academic threshold for eligibility.

Yes, it is a DLI (Designated Learning Institution) in Canada. This means it requires a Canadian Student Visa for programs over six months, which are on the IRCC list. These are important as graduating from a DLI generally leads to a post-graduation work permit in Canada.

You need to keep a budget of INR 1 Lacs per month just to cover living expenses. This amount excludes house rent. It totally depends on where you actually live. If you live in an urban area, house rent will be expensive.
