Apologies for Delay in reply. You need about 65-70 average score to get a call from SPM, once you apply for the college. Getting through for admissions will depend upon your aggregate of GD, PI and CAT score.

No there is not as quota for sc. You need to apply as general candidate and if you score fall under cut off marks than only you can get admission here.
