I would suggest you to give CAT exam again. As going just for the sake to do MBA is not good until and unless to go with a top college. Your aim should be IIM's. Best of luck.

Admission in FMS is possible as you need more than 50% in your graduation and last years cut-off was 98 percentile in CAT exam. So, now you need to work on your CAT exam.

Sorry to say but you are not eligible for both of these colleges as their cut-offs are more than 90 percentile.
