When you are done with X/10th, you can join Polytechnic which is a three year course. This is called diploma and is equivalent to 12th. When you take admission in B.Tech after this, you get into 2nd year because the first year is exempted for Lateral Entry/Diploma Holders. You do the degree in continuation of the Diploma Stream. It becomes a three-year course then.

ELIGIBILITY:-
Candidate should be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of commencement of the course.
A pass in 10+2 scheme approved by the Osmania University, Hyderabad with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream.
Candidates who have appeared Intermediate (10+2) / XII Std. examination or equivalent can also apply for BCT&CA course and the admission is subject to clearing the qualifying examination.

Her admission will depend on the cutoff announced by the participating colleges. If her marks are in the cutoff criteria, then she will. Do try for other private colleges too, they are equally good.

Graduation is not a compulsory requirement for becoming a pilot.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th.
