B.Sc. in Computer Science is a good course if you don't have Maths in 12th, but you will have to study Maths in this course.

Yes, you can opt for B.Tech CSE and the fee structure is around 1 lakh per semester and it may vary. I would suggest you to visit the official website for details.

B.Tech and B.Sc. in IT and CS both have a good scope.
When we talk about B.Tech, it is a technical course of 4 years. You will work hard as compared to B.Sc.
Whereas B.Sc. is not much of a practical course but the scope is same as B.Tech. Here, you can save your 1 year also.
Placements are good in both courses.

Mathematics is a compulsory subject to get into DU for B.Com (Hons). Every college of Delhi University offers B.Com (Hons.). It's not compulsory that Mathematics should be a part of your best of four percentage, what matters is that you should have studied it in 10+2.
Moreover, Mathematics is a compulsory subject in one of the semesters of both B.Com (Hons.) and B.Com (Prog.) therefore there is no way to dodge maths either before or after getting into the varsity.
Eligibility for getting admission in Zakir Hussain College for B.Com Hons:
1. Aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as bes
