You cannot get admission in this college on the basis of your 12th class marks. The criteria for the admission in this college is JEE Mains and if you have enough marks then appear in the counselling just after the declaration of JEE Advanced results. Yes, you have to fulfil the eligibility criteria to get admission in IIT or NIT. 75% in HSc is the basic criteria.

For taking admission in B.Arch, you need to appear for the entrance exam and score good marks in the same. Your admission will be considered with respect to your score in the entrance exam and not only your class 12th marks.

Diploma courses:
In case, you are a class 12th Science failed student, you may use your 10th standard marks and certificate and get yourself enrolled in Diploma courses. The various Diploma courses are:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Computer Engineering
These are some of the many Diploma courses that you can do. These courses can be done directly after 10th standard, depending on your marks. And since you failed in 12th class, you may submit your 10th standards mark sheet and certificate to get into this course.
