First, you need to complete your graduation in any subject, and then you can apply for B.Ed which is a 2 year course. After completing B.Ed, you can apply for different interviews to become a teacher.

It means, you have to apply in that particular application, providing your class 12th board mark sheet/marks and the preferences regarding the subjects you've studies in class 12th, and would like to study in graduation. If specified, anything regarding preferences in the form, then you will have to fill out according to that choice of field. For example, if you are asked to fill the branch you want to study in engineering, you will have to fill your preference in the order you want it. Like-
1. CS
2. EC
3. Mechanical etc.

It's hard to say exactly, the percentage of the companies that is 60% in class 12th, and graduation as criteria for each company may change every year according to the needs of the company.

Yes, you can get admission in BCA after securing 55% marks in your class 12th, because the least marks a student should secure for getting an admission in any field or any stream subject is 45% to 50%, and you are above that. Hence, you can give the entrance exam to get admission.

Please check for basic eligibility to appear for the RIE entrance exam from the criteria mentioned at the link provided below. Minimum percentage for general category students to appear for this entrance test is 50%. Class 12 percentages will only be considered while applying to appear for the exam, and as per institute admission guidelines, after qualifying in the RIE CEE.
