Hi Dohil,
Yes, in many cases you can. Many colleges can accept you but with more strict evaluation because you are from open schooling. But, not every college will accept your application. It is therefore advisable that you check with them directly. Chances of admission in Germany are very less so will recommend you to check colleges in US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc. You can drop the admission offices an email and they will let you know if NIOS will be accepted and if additional verification will be required for admission.

Hi Alka,
It is good if you have a first class, the better your percentage, the chances of getting admission is high in good universities. In case you don't manage to get a first class then you should really focus on getting super grades on your Bachelor's degree. But overall, if you are trying or planning to study abroad in near future then strengthen your academic profile as best as you can. Having said that, colleges have different admission requirements, some are more competitive than others. 75% is a widely accepted percentage by the top ones.

For admission in any college, JEE Mains marks are considered of that year in which you are applying for admission. There is no importance of previous year's marks of JEE Mains and Advanced in the admission process. Thank you.

American Universities don't see only SAT and TOEFL scores. They are interested in whole personality. They see your academic record, extracurricular activities, essay SAT and TOEFL score. You have to do your best in all in these factor.
