Percentage criteria is different in every college. Many colleges need more than this but if you get good score in Masters then I think there is no big issue because higher degree is more valuable.

Eligibility is having Maths in +2 and passing in the subject. Their cutoff for the respective year, entrance exam rank/minimum score set by the college (not sure about this as DU will be having an entrance for the first time in courses like B.Com/B.Com Hons).

You can also get Honours programme which will be four years in that 3 rf year you will paid internship and you will come back on the fourth year to complete final year. You can earn and also you will come out with hood one year experience.
