It depends on you if you are interested in finance go for B. Com or you can go for BBA if you are interested in Marketing/HR. There are some niche courses also like hotel management.

Your sister has scored more than minimum required in 12th. Even though her score is not very good, still I feel she has some chance of getting admission in any one of the NITs.

Hello Rakesh,
You have got reasonably okay marks in boards but quite less in JEE Mains. Unfortunately, you can't get admission in any of the NITs because you have scored less than 75%.
