Hi,
After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).
[Eligibility criteria : complete 12th (PCB) with minimum 60% and sit for an entrance exam].
With Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. You may even opt for architecture.

In Science stream, five year integrated courses at NISER and IISER are the best in India. You can also join TISS five year integrated courses in social science stream.
