Bu the point is, why to settle for a mediocre institution despite getting such good score?

Hello Rameshwar. Your qualifying year of the exam will still be considered as 2019 even if you gave improvement exam in a later year. Properly speaking those who are appearing for admission in this in this year that is 2020, should have cleared their 12th in 2018 or 2019 for 2020. In the similar lines if you are to appear for getting admission in 2021 then you should have appeared for 12 in 2019 which you have. That makes you eligible.
