There might be a substantial decrease in the syllabus of 2021 but no official statement is given due to the covid19 situation The syllabus will definitely decrease.
1. You don't worry about the syllabus just try to concentrate on your studies during this pandemic you should focus on preparing yourself for entrances as it is not a cakewalk you need to work hard and aim for higher scores because you might not always get want you are hoping for so if you aim high only then you will able to that level of hard work to achieve your goals

No, I shall be answering you for the subject of chemistry. Actually, Class 12th Chemistry is far easier than the one you have in 11th. If you SEE Physical Chemistry in class 12th is pretty easy compared to class 11th as here questions are directly based on the formula. If you target boards, then I would recommend you to please have a piece of good knowledge of how to use the mole concept, as it is the base for calculations in Physical chemistry.
