NIRF 2025 Rankings are out. As per the latest NIRF 2025 rankings, SPA Delhi ranks #5 under the category 'Architecture and Planning'.
The GATE 2026 online application process is currently open for admission to PhD course. The last date to apply without fine fee has been extended to Oct 6, 2025. The GATE 2026 exam will be held on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The JEE Main 2026 registration process for the first session for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses is expected to begin in Nov 2025.
- The CSAB Special Counselling 2025 Round 3 has concluded with the announcement of the seat allotment results for admission to BE/BTech courses.

SPA Delhi Highlights 2025
School of Planning and Architecture was established in 1941. This deemed to be university also goes by the name of SPA Delhi. Under an Act of Parliament, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, the Institute is recognised as an 'Institution of National Importance'. Formerly established as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic, SPA New Delhi is accredited by COA and is approved by MHRD.
Many courses offered at SPA Delhi are approved by the Indian Institute of Architects, Council of Architecture, and Commonwealth Association of Architecture. The Institute has several collaborations with institutions such as SPA-Vijayawada, SPA-Bhopal, and Dr BR Ambedkar University of Delhi (AUD).
JEE Main, NATA, CEED, GATE, DASA UG, and UGC NET are some of the entrance exams accepted during School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi course admission. SPA Delhi Popular Programmes 2025
School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers a five-year BArch course, a four-year BPlan degree, a five-year Integrated MPlan course, a two-year MArch in two specialisations, MDes, and MPlan in five specialisations, and a Master of Building and Engineering Management courses. SPA Delhi Scholarships 2025
School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers two types of scholarships to students every year. A total scholarship amount of INR 12,400 is disbursed every year to students on the basis of merit. SPA Delhi: How to Reach?
School of Planning and Architecture is conveniently accessible via different modes of transportation. New Delhi Railway Station about 4.7 km from the institute.
