SPA Delhi Highlights 2026
School of Planning and Architecture is a Deemed-to-be-University. It is an autonomous institutuion under the Ministry of Education, GoI. The SPA Delhi courses are approved by the Indian Institute of Architects, Council of Architecture, and Commonwealth Association of Architecture. SPA Delhi Popular Programmes 2026
School of Planning and Architecture established the first ever Bachelor of Planning programme in the country. BArch is the most sought-after programme of the university. The programme has the highest cutoff compared to other courses. At PG level, MArch and MPlan are the popular programmes at SPA Delhi. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers a five-year Integrated MPlan course, a two-year MArch in three specialisations. The specialisations under the MArch course includes Architectural Conservation, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. MArch in Architectural Conservation academically involves research, documentation, analysis and its interpretation related to various scales of heritage. SPA Delhi also offers PhD in full-time and part-time modes. The full-time programme is for five years and the part-time programme is for seven years from the date of registration.
