Pharmacognosy focuses on natural drug sources (mostly plants) and their medicinal properties, emphasizing the extraction and identification of bioactive molecules. However, Pharmacology is the study of drug effects on the body, and then Pharmaceutical Chemistry is the chemistry of turned into drugs, or the making of drugs and drug formulation. Yes . Solid state is deleted from NEET syllabus from 2025.

Nta has updated NEET syllabus last year topics like states of matter, solid state, hydrogen are removed from NEET syllabus.

Also mettlurgy as well as surface chemistry is removed from NEET syllabus from last year.

So, there are total 30 chapters in chemistry which are divided into 3 categories i.e, physical (8 chapters) , inorganic and organic chemistry. For physics there are total 29 chapters from both class 11 and 12 and mainly chapters focuses on mechanic, optics ( ray and wave), electromagnetism, modern physics, thermodynamics. And lastly, for biology  there are 10 units (38 chapters) in total merging both botany and zoology  which focuses on diversity, physiology, genetics, cell diversity, reproduction, plant life cycle.
