HI Ramena, first of all let me tell you, Civil engineers generally work in a variety of locations and conditions. It is common for them to split their time between working in an office and working outdoors at construction sites so that they can monitor operations or solve problems onsite. Now to work in multilingual environment, there is a high requirement of exposure to both National & International platform at the time of your pursuance of course itself. It entirely depends on counseling and your sastra rank. But based on previous results you have chance in getting in sastra but cannot expect the software course.

An MBA would definitely help in salary hike, increased employability, entrepreneurship and promotion. Few good MBA option in your case could be MBA in -
- operation
- marketing
- project management
- industrial engineering, Industrial management, packaging manufacturing management
- infrastructure/construction management
Try to target top 30 b school like IIM, FMS, ISB, IIT, JBIMS, NITIE etc. Also you can try executive MBA ( require 2-3 year experience)of IIM, XLRI, FMS, ISB, etc.

Hello Sandeep Jain, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma. Yes you can definitely think of doing engineering via evening class if there is such Institute in your place of working. Distance education mode is not available for engineering. However you can seriously think of doing your graduation in engineering by doing AMIE. This is equivalent to graduation in engineering in all respects. Best wishes to you.
