Hi Isha, Being an Education Consultant, my opinion is with Civil only, you can do specialisation in structural engineering also. Although you can change your stream but it would be always better to proceed in Civil Structural as a specialisation. Or otherwise, The career following MBA will be more towards techno-management roles, more into corporate and entrepreneurship. The growth is similar in both if you do get the skills which are intended for students I both of them. So it is your choice! Choose the one which you feel is more fulfilling in terms of work and commercials. Do check your interests, aptitude, hobbies, attitude, bent of mind and ASPIRATIONS before taking a plunge into any of these. But whatever you decide, pursue only from universities of high repute like Iims, PU, IITS, SIBM, VIT, BITs and LPU, etc. All the best.

Hi Isha, It is absolutely depending upon you, Just recall your interest and aptitude and then choose the stream. All of these have a great scope, provided you have interest, aptitude, frame of mind, temperament, passion, personality traits that align with your aspirations in any of these. You must give it a deep though yourself for making a decision. Every field has ample number of jobs and opportunities for making a successful career out of it. Second point : You must pursue your choice of course only in top universities like IITs, NITs, VIT, PEC, Thapar and LPU etc. This will help you commence your career building with a good platform as they will ensure your initial placement just after the completion of your degree.
