The architect will initiate and create the design, including the shape, color and spaces of the development work then civil engineer will analyze it to find ways to make the construction design possible by finding suitable material and suggesting modifications.

Hello, it is not necessary to appear for it for getting admission in an engineering program. There are some institutions which gave admission to the students either they gave JEE Mains or not, like -
Netaji Subhash Institution of Technology, Delhi
Maharashtra Institution of Technology, Pune
Lovely Professional University, Punjab.
Anna University. etc.

The cut-off for civil engineering after 10th in VJTI in MH CET for round 1 in general quota and SC category is 6891 (126), and for ladies quota and SC category is 8380 (121).
