Definition of best may be different for different person. There are several subject on which you can choose your project such as GIS RS, STEEL, CONCRETE TESTING, SURVEYING, etc. It's is totally up to you according to your interest and knowledge.

Civil engineering can be considered as perpetually active branch. There are plenty of opportunities for jobs in this branch. Besides, one can start off as an entrepreneur also. So, my advice is to concentrate on studies and do not worry about Job prospects. Best wishes.

Entry requirements for this course are as below:
Class 12th: No specific cutoff mentioned.
Bachelors: 8.00 GPA.
Applicants must hold a four year being or B.Sc Degree in Science, Medicine, Kinesiology, or other Engineering from a recognized institution with First Class/Division, GPA 8 on a scale of 10 or 3 years degree with master degree

See the minimum criteria for this college is 60% for the normal entry but if you are not able to secure that much, you can opt for the management quota in that you can easily get the same, but for that, they will charge you some more fee.
