Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate. The admission are based on performance in GATE/Entrance test and interview. Further CEPT University also offers M.Plan in following as Urban, Infrastructure, Transport system and Housing. Definition of best may be different for different person. There are several subject on which you can choose your project such as GIS RS, STEEL, CONCRETE TESTING, SURVEYING, etc. It's is totally up to you according to your interest and knowledge.

Hello,
Civil engineering can be considered as perpetually active branch. There are plenty of opportunities for jobs in this branch. Besides, one can start off as an entrepreneur also. So, my advice is to concentrate on studies and do not worry about Job prospects. Best wishes.

See the minimum criteria for this college is 60% for the normal entry but if you are not able to secure that much, you can opt for the management quota in that you can easily get the same, but for that, they will charge you some more fee.
