Many universities and colleges in India allow foreign students to take admission in their different courses including Bachelor of engineering for different branches. In fact many such Institutions keep aside almost 5% of their seats for such students. You need to identify as to where you want to take admission in India and depending on your choice just download the information brochure and apply as per the procedure given for foreign students. I am sure you will be able to do this. Do contact me again in case you find any difficulty.
Best wishes to you.
