Hello Dipendra,
Many universities and colleges in India allow foreign students to take admission in their different courses including Bachelor of engineering for different branches. In fact many such Institutions keep aside almost 5% of their seats for such students. You need to identify as to where you want to take admission in India and depending on your choice just download the information brochure and apply as per the procedure given for foreign students. It's very nice to see your enthusiasm for continuing your studies for bachelor of engineering course after completion of your diploma in Engineering. Christ University is of course a very well known place for undergraduate and postgraduate studies and you have selected this, that is very nice on your part. Hello, after completing your Diploma in engineering you can apply for JEE Main and thereafter for Advance if you score enough marks in the exam you will get a seat in the same. All the best.

Hello Harpreet, It's very nice to see your desire of studying Engineering graduation in Japan. However many countries including Japan do not accept Diploma as the qualification for undergraduate studies. 10 + 2 or XIIth standard is normally considered as the basis for granting admission. However some colleges do accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and based on this assumption you can seek admission. Fee may vary according to college from INR. 18,000 to INR. 2 lacs.
Eligibility criteria is you have a minimum of INR. 50% marks in class 12th.

Hello Vaishnavi,I definitely sympathize with your unusual disorder, which is preventing you from giving your fingerprints. But, definitely this cannot be a bar for your appearing in the semester exam. I am sure you must have got admission in engineering college in the civil branch based on some documents or something. Same thing can be reproduced at the time of entering the examination hall for giving the examination.
