Hi, BE student cannot do M.Arch, since B.Arch is mandatory. But, yes you can do project management or construction management.

I will prefer you to opt for the interior designing, as by completing this course you will be master in your field, and you can easily grab a handsome amount of pack in corporate world, plus if you want you can easily start on your own some interior designing studio.

There are different duration courses in interior designing that you can do in Ahmadabad as it in the hub for the designing courses. So, you can get different institutes, coaching classes and training centers for the same, or you can opt for internship in any firm, then you can gain the certificate for the same.
