Hello Harshvardhan,
Your IELTS scores are upto the mark. Make sure in all modules you have scored 6 or above bands. Coming to your CGPA, if I convert it into percentage it would be around 57 to 59%. Canada universities Masters requirement is 60% above. I would recommend you to apply to colleges in Canada for graduate certificate programs. You can get courses details from this website: ontariocolleges.ca

Firstly, every university must be approved by UGC. Now, if your course is not approved by AICTE, then it may or may not create some problems for you in future. If you are studying in a deemed university or in CAMPUS of the university (not in its affiliated colleges) approved by UGC, then even if your course is not approved by AICTE, it will not create any problem. This is because universities do not require AICTE approval compulsorily. They might apply for approval from AICTE just to add another feather to their cap.
